John Renwick has been Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Planning for Kellanova, previously Kellogg Company, since May, 2016. John joined Kellogg in 2000 as Vice President, Investor Relations and Competitive Analysis. Two years later, he also assumed responsibility for the company’s Corporate Planning, U.S. Planning, Corporate Strategy and Financial Media functions. In 2004, John moved into the U.S. Morning Foods division, leading Sales Finance and Business Management, followed by a promotion to the first of a series of chief financial officer roles, starting with Kellogg Asia in 2006, Kellogg Canada from 2007 to 2009, Kellogg Latin America from 2010 to 2013, and U.S. Snacks from 2013 to 2016. Prior to coming to Kellogg, John worked as a sell-side analyst for Morgan Stanley, covering food and tobacco stocks, and before that he worked in commercial banking for Chemical Bank in New York. John became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1993, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Middlebury College in 1989.

Maxime Clermont joined as Director of Investor Relations and Financial Strategy in February 2024. Prior to that, Max was the Kellanova, previously Kellogg Company, FP&A Director for Kellanova Europe. Max has a broad experience in the Kellanova business and severed in several roles within the organization.  Previously, he was the Head of Finance Germany and Austria and FP&A as well as holding operational roles in Revenue Growth Management and Commercial Operation. Prior to joining Kellanova, Max worked in progressively more senior roles spanning Sales Finance, Brand Controlling, FP&A and Sales in several companies including Reckitt Benckiser, The Coca-Coal Company and McCain Foods. Max holds a bachelor’s in economics from Concordia university and a Master’ in Business Administration from the European School of Management and Technology Berlin.

Amanda has been part of Kellanova’s Investor Relations team, previously Kellogg Company, since 2020.

She is currently pursuing her MBA at Western Michigan University and has an undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University in Communications with a Minor in Art.

Amanda brings 20 years of event management experience to the Kellanova IR team. In the past, she worked in the non-profit space and managed galas, fundraisers, and golf outings with one-day earnings over $700,000. Prior to her time in fundraising, she worked in professional sports for franchises in the American Hockey League, National Hockey League and National Basketball Association.

With a passion for food, it is no surprise to friends that she works at Kellanova and is a spokesman for their brands. Her favorite Kellanova products are Club Crisps, Eggo Liege Waffles and Extra Toasty Cheez-Its.

Amanda lives on a small farm in Middleville, MI with her husband and son along with 2 horses, dog, and a cat. Believing in our founder’s values, she spends time volunteering in the community in youth and equestrian activities as a coach and a judge.
